Click here to book a free consultation. This 20-minute session will help us determine if we're a good fit for each other. If I believe you have the drive and determination needed, we'll arrange regular mentoring sessions—weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly—based on your needs.
-
I operate on a monthly rolling agreement, giving you the flexibility to give just one month's notice if you decide to quit. This arrangement accommodates life's unexpected challenges and changes.
Why a monthly agreement instead of a yearly commitment?
I prefer to work with motivated individuals rather than forcing anyone into sessions they don’t want to attend just because they’ve signed up for a year. This way, you have the freedom to choose what's best for you.
What if I want to continue with your mentoring?
If I bring enough value to each session, you'll naturally want to continue with my guidance month after month. My goal is to ensure that each session is valuable and beneficial to your growth.
-
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, I'm happy to move sessions with at least one week's notice. If the request is within this timeframe, I will do my best to accommodate you, but I cannot guarantee availability.
Consistency is key to your success, so while I aim to be flexible, I cannot accept constant or frequent changes. I want you to commit fully to the mentoring process to achieve the best results.
-
After your free consultation, if we both agree you're a good fit and committed, we'll set a regular schedule for your sessions. This could be weekly, monthly (e.g., the third Wednesday), or bi-monthly (e.g., the second Monday every two months).
You will receive a Google Calendar invite along with a link to Google Meet, the online meeting software I use. You can refer back to this email for the link, and once you accept the invitation, your calendar software will automatically create an event with the link for easy access.

I provide WhatsApp voice note support between mentoring sessions for quick responses. If you need help with spreadsheet analysis, you can email me. Voice notes are my preferred form of communication to ensure you get a quick response.

I use a tool called a 'Focus Sheet,' which consists of two parts:
Section 1: After each mentoring session, I ask mentees to fill out this section to log what they've learned and to set actions/goals for the next session.
Section 2: Mentees fill in this section 24 hours before the next session. It includes whether you completed your goals, what obstacles you encountered, what you learned, and what you could do differently.
Reviewing these focus sheets regularly is a fantastic way to track your progress and see how far you've come.

Results from my mentoring are directly tied to the actions you take between sessions. Therefore, the only guarantee I can give is this: if you commit to the process and put in the work, you will succeed. I cannot implement the strategies for you, but I can guide and support you every step of the way.
I started with zero properties and built a £14m portfolio in 7 years, consisting of over 183 tenancies. If I can do it, so can you 🚀
