My Journey from Electrical Contractor to Successful Property Entrepreneur β‘π‘
At 24, I founded my own electrical contracting company β‘ and grew it from the ground up π±. With extensive experience in the construction industry ποΈ, I left my electrical contracting business in 2011 and shifted my focus to property investing ποΈ. I then started i-occupy with 2 business partners, where we built a property portfolio π and a lettings agency π’ to manage the growing assets and other HMO landlordsβ properties in Luton.
Over the years, I've worked with private investors and commercial banks to expand my portfolio, which now includes single lets, HMOs, and commercial properties. I've managed and grown a lettings business, let properties as serviced accommodation, sold HMOs, flipped properties, traded properties at auction, and converted commercial properties. In short, I've been there, done it, and have many property t-shirts π to prove it.
Twelve years later, the portfolio I set out to create is now valued at a conservative estimate of Β£14m π·. I achieved this by attracting private investors to invest in both me and my business π€. I have a keen eye for great investment opportunities π§ and firmly believe that wealth is a mindset π‘. With a properly trained mind, anything is achievable π. Thatβs why Iβve worked with a business coach for over six years, and Iβm eager to share my knowledge and experiences to guide others towards property success π .
Outside of work, I enjoy running π, going to the gym πͺ (Iβm an eager CrossFitter ππ½), watching Arsenal β½, travelling βοΈ, and spending time with loved ones β€οΈ. My next aspiration is to build a "grand design" mock barn conversion from scratch π οΈ.
My Story
2007
Purchased my first property as a total novice
2011
I started full time in Property and purchased my 2nd property & developed it into a 9 x studio HMO in Luton
2012
Started a lettings & investment business called i-occupy
2018
Purchased a derelict 80 Bed student block in Luton town centre, refurbished it and let out
2020
Outsourced the lettings business to an external agency leveraging my time down to 5 hours a week
2024
Continuing to flip houses and flats in North London while managing my portfolio of 183 tenancies in Luton.

No Money and No Time: Unfortunately, if you have neither financial resources (or access to financial resources) nor time, I won't be able to assist you effectively.
Rent-to-Rent (R2R): My mentoring does not cover R2R strategies, as I don't believe they lead to extensive wealth and time freedom.
Serviced Accommodation (SA): I do not specialise in SA investment strategies, as I don't see them as the path to substantial wealth and time freedom.
